RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At AlfaMen, we stand behind the quality of our products. To ensure a fair process for both the consumer and the brand, we have established the following return guidelines.
Satisfaction Guarantee

1-Month & 3-Month Supplies: Eligible for a return request within 60 days of the delivery date.

6-Month Supply: Eligible for a return request within 90 days of the delivery date.

Initial Subscription Order Only: Our refund policy applies strictly to your first subscription order with AlfaMen.

One Opened Item Limit: The refund policy applies to only one (1) opened container of an AlfaMen product. If you purchase and open multiple containers of the same item, a refund will only be issued for one (1) opened unit.

Subscription vs. One-Time: This Satisfaction Guarantee applies exclusively to your first subscription order and does not apply to one-time purchases.

Multi-Unit Bundles: For 3-month and 6-month supplies, the Satisfaction Guarantee permits the opening of one (1) container only. To receive a full refund for the remaining value of the bundle, all other containers must be returned in their original, unopened condition with the safety seal intact. Any additional opened or tampered containers will be deducted from the refund total at their full individual retail price.

Hard Deadline: Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of delivery for the 1-Month & 3-Month Supplies and within 90 days for the 6-Month Supply. No exceptions will be made.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

RMA Requirement: You must contact info@tryalfamen.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated return facility address. Items sent back without an RMA or to an unauthorized address will not be accepted or processed.

Product Condition: For safety and hygiene reasons, returns are accepted for unopened bottles with the original heat-induction safety seal intact.

Proof of Purchase: A valid order number must be provided.
Return Shipping

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping charges and expedited processing fees are non-refundable.
EU 14-Day Cooling Off: Notwithstanding the above, customers in the European Union have a right to cancel or return an order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in their original, unused condition with the safety seal intact.
Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10–14 business days.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product, contact us immediately at info@tryalfamen.com with photos of the damage for a replacement.
